WHO ARE THE HOTHUR WARRIORS?

Nurses and medical staff have become the unwitting heroes of the coronavirus pandemic, as their struggles and long hour shifts sometimes go unnoticed and unpaid, due to the current surge and lack of funds. These are the Hothur Warriors we would like to highlight in this current situation.

LIABILITIES

Overworked and underpaid, these particular healthcare workers put in long hours, while facing pay cuts due to the lack of funding and an additional health care crisis that our country is going through. Along with the fact, that as an occupational hazard, they put themselves at the risk of infection, which is highly fatal to their life. Health workers and their families account for 1 in 6 hospitalised due to infection.

EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES

The shortage of resources had posed a particular harm to frontline healthcare worker’s health and safety. The shortage of PPE and other health care equipment constitutes a pressure point for healthcare systems, with strong correlations between its scarcity and high Covid-19 infections and death among healthcare workers.

HOTHUR AID

The Hothur aid is a constructive plan to help the health care workers in a financial crisis or need in the form of aid in a person to person format.

It’s time to give back to the people who have risked their lives for us.

“THANK YOU TO ALL THE WORKERS ON THE FRONT LINE AND ESPECIALLY THE MEDICAL STAFF FOR KEEPING THE HOSPITALS RUNNING. IT IS TRULY THE MOST SELFLESS ACT TO FACE THE PANDEMIC KNOWING ITS RISK, HOTHUR TRULY COMMENDS YOUR BRAVERY IN DIRE TIMES LIKE THIS.”
